The Key 3 of the Lodge includes: the Lodge Chief, the Lodge Adviser, and the Lodge Staff Adviser. The Lodge Chief is elected by the youth members of the Lodge each year and the Lodge Adviser and Staff Adviser are both appointed by the Scout Executive, commonly known as the “Supreme Chief of the Fire.”
The Lodge Chief is elected annually at the Fall Fellowship and begins their term at the Winter Banquet.
The Lodge Adviser is appointed to one year terms beginning in January.
Adam has been in the Order of the Arrow since 2016 and started his journey as lodge Treasurer in 2016.
Adam started his scouting career as a cub scout in first grade, then joined Boy Scout Troop 49 in 5th grade. He then went on to CIT at camp Shin-go-beek in 2014, then became part of the 2015 Scout Adventure Camp program staff, and went on to Staff Shin-Go-Beek and Mach-Kin-O-Siew in 2015.
In 2017, Adam earned the rank of Eagle Scout in Troop 49.
A huge reason he got involved in Order of the Arrow, was because of former Chief Kurt Huglemann.
Heading into the 2018 year, Adam knows that Pachsegink Lodge can have the best year yet.
